These interval training classes are designed to give women and men at any fitness level a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT by combining anaerobic (strength) and aerobic (conditioning) exercises! You will be coached in a GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING environment and participating in different station-based activities every session (including plyometrics, body-weight exercises, bike stations, battle-ropes and kettlebells)...all in a HIGH-ENERGY, FUN 45 minute class!
